Last Week of Spanish in 2015!

This week we learned about objects and places of the community.  This will help us a lot if we ever go to a Spanish country and need to ask for directions or if someone needs something in the community. Happy Holidays and happy 2016!

GUATEMALA AND MI COMUNIDAD NUEVA

This week in Spanish we learned about Guatemala and we did this by watching a video about a boy from Chicago exploring Guatemala. We learned that they speak 22 languages other than Spanish. I thought that was really cool. We also started our new unit this week. Our new unit is Mi Comunidad Nueva. It is about our community and the places in it. Some places are an ice cream shop, which is la heladerΓa in Spanish. That is my favorite vocabulary word in our so far unit.

This week in Spanish was fun and I was reminded of all the Spanish rules and words. It was a little frustrating because Sra Kross spent a lot of time at xeroxing machine. This is because we didn't have notability. We also learned about all of the animals. Overall this was a great fun learning or reminding week.
